Clean Agent Fire Extinguishers

When a powder based fire extinguisher is used to contain fire in costly electronics or electrical items, there may be much post-fire damage in terms of loss of the equipments or its costly parts by powder used in the extinguisher. In such a scenario, clear agent fire extinguisher comes to the rescue. It uses an active agent, HCFC 123, which is a fire controlling agent and is also ozone friendly gas. When this agent is used there is no post-fire damage as no residue of the agent is left in the equipment post fire and hence saves these costly equipments from damage.
