Thalesnano, Hungary Continuous flow reaction systems for hydrogenation and organic synthesis H CUBE- A continuous-flow of substrate is combined with hydrogen, generated in-situ from the electrolysis of water. The Hydrogen/Substrate mixture can be heated and pressurized up to 100°C (212°F) and 100 bar (1450 psi) respectively. mixture is then passed through a packed catalyst cartridge (CatCart ), where the reaction takes place, and the product continuously elutes out of the CatCart and into a collection vial. H CUBE PRO-The H-Cube Midi system works through the hydrogenation of a continuous flow of substrate. The substrate is flowed through the system using an automatically controlled piston-pump at flow-rates up to 25 mL/min. Once entering the H-Cube Midi™ reaction line, the flow of substrate is mixed with a continuous flow of hydrogen. The hydrogen is created by the electrolysis of water within an electrolytic cell Temperature RT to 100C and Pressure up to 100 bar .Hydrogen production125 cm3/min in Full Hydrogen mode H Cube MIDI-The H-Cube Midi system works through the hydrogenation of a continuous flow of substrate. Fast reactions – chemistry in minutes. High pressure reactions to 100 bar. Intuitive User Interface. Pressure up to 100 bar capability. 3 button stand-alone control or via simple touch screen control on H-Cube Pro. PHOENIX-Up to 450 °C temperature capability. Pressure up to 100bar. Perform reactions in a loop homogeneously or use a range of different cartridges for heterogeneous reagents/catalyst chemistry. Perform chemistries not possible in a standard lab including a validated procedure to generate novel bicyclic Compounds. Slow reactions in seconds. 2 button stand-alone control or via automated touch screen control on H-Cube Pro.
