Horizontal Rectangular Autoclave

Horizontal Rectangular Autoclave features triple walled construction finish and comes mounted on painted mild steel/stainless steel metal finish based tubular stands that provides for necessary operation stability.

With inner chamber, middle wall and outer walls constructed using stainless steel, the presence of safety valve, pressure gauge as well as steam release valve also provides for optimum functional interface. Further, the automatic low water level cut-off device also provides for necessary safety support of element used in the process.

Inner chamber made using thick non-magnetic steel of 304/316 grade with jacket support provided through rolled steel
Single door finish developed using rolled steel that comes lined with s.s. Sheet with radial locking system support
All units coming hydraulically tested to provide for optimum performance support
Space between outer cover made using thick rolled steel sheet and steam jacket filled with glass wool that assists in minimizing thermal losses
Boiler coming in thick stainless steel sheet
Unit coming fitted with water level indicator as well as provision of pressure gauge, water inlet, safety valve and drain valves for optimum functional support
Unit also featuring presence of low-water level cut-off device as well as automatic pressure control device
Separate valves provided for evacuating steam from inner chamber and jacket
Stainless steel based pressure vessel construction including those of middle walls, external walls, boiler, lid and stands
