Today POLYBER is widely accepted all over and has maintained a consistent quality. POLYBER imparts excellent oil, ozone, abrasion and solvent resistance along with a smooth and glossy surface finish to the products. Special grades of POLYBER are also offered to give low temperature resistance, low hardness compounds, fuel 'C resistance, flame retardancy, anti-static properties. The world's opinion towards Polyblends is changing, as it has the ability to give finer and stronger materials with unique properties for a better finish and higher durability.

Polyblends of Nitrile Rubber with Poly Vinyl Chloride are now replacing conventional rubbers like Nitrile Rubber, CR (Neoprene), EPDM, etc. in most applications. NBR / PVC blends, with different grades and ratios of Nitrile rubber, PVC and Plasticizers have overcome the short-comings of Nitrile rubber in Ozone resistance, Short-comings of CR (Neoprene) in cost, Oil & Fuel resistance & the inadequacy of EPDM in oil resistance.

Furthermore, the Polyblends also have unique properties in being flame retardant and solvent resistant. These formulations are now being accepted and are replacing the conventional Polymers due to its reliability and low cost substitution.

POLYBER is used as a raw polymer in rubber products and it provides excellent resistance to Oil, Fuel, Weather, Ozone, Abrasion and Low temperature flex cracking resistance, therefore directly replacing Polychloroprene (CR), Nitrile (NBR) and EPDM rubbers in most applications.

POLYBER bands exceptionally well on the mixing mill and compounds remarkably on internal mixers. POLYBER has high filler and oil absorption properties to achieve excellent dimension controls on Extrudates and Moulded products.

POLYBER offers a wide range of different grades in various ratios of NBR with PVC and other additives. Custom made grades can also be made as per the specific demand.
