Belden's microphone cable line offers a variety of choices depending on installation priorities. Choose from high-performing low capacitance, rugged, riser-rated, or Starquad microphone cables with greater noise immunity.

Belden offers speaker cables for a wide range of applications, including plenum, indoor/outdoor, halogen-free, direct burial, Class 1, and commercial and professional installations.

Belden offers a large variety of products for line level audio including analog or digital cables, such as Belden 9451 or 1800B. For recording studios, radio and television stations, sound system installations, or any multi-channel audio application, Belden also offers audio snake cables up to 32 pair. Audio snakes are available in riser and plenum versions for permanent install, ultra-flexible for temporary installations, or waterblocked versions. With a variety of options, our offering will satisfy the needs of every designer and system integrator.

In 1995, Belden first launched award-winning digital precision video coax, 1694A. Over a decade later we have a much more extensive line, but to this day 1694A remains the world-wide industry standard for SD-SDI, HD-SDI and 1080p/60 (3G) applications. Many of Belden's digital precision video coax cables are also sweep-tested to 4.5GHz for HD/3G production or swept to even higher bandwidths for 4K transmission. No other cable manufacturer has invested in this technology like Belden has, so no other manufacturer can assure you beyond-high-definition performance like Belden.

Belden's commercial grade video coax cable offers superior image quality with low return loss. These cables are suitable for a multitude of HD and video display applications. All cables have a tinned copper braid shield (85% coverage) and bonded Duofoil shield (100% coverage) for effective shielding in high frequency applications. The cables also boast the Belden high-density foaming technology which ensures reliable signal integrity and better video images for overall stable performance. The design features make using one piece compression connectors easier and faster.

Theatrical lighting has moved from fixed lights, or direct operator control, to electronic control systems. In the last couple of decades, control systems have been transitioning from DMX-512 (an RS-485 based control) to Ethernet. Besides control for lighting fixtures, also required is power delivery to actually power the light-producing parts. Legacy high-voltage incandescent lamps are being replaced by fluorescent and LED fixtures, using lower voltages, generating less heat and wattage. Belden offers cabling solutions for DMX-512, Ethernet, and power cordage to meet power and lighting needs.
