Application: PBR Rubber is used in tyre treads, tyre carcass and sidewalls, under-treads, cycle tyres, conveyor belts, sportswear, golf balls, automotive components, conveyor belts and shoe heels and soles. PBR is also well suited for the production of flexible rollers and mechanical goods due to its superior elasticity, resilience and abrasion properties.

The annual demand for synthetic rubber (also called elastomers) in India is approximately 550,000 metric tonnes, as per IISRP 2013, and a significant part of this demand is met by imports from various countries.
