Sri Brahma - Samhita

The origins of the text Brahma-samhita are lost in cosmic antiquity. According to Vedic tradition, these verses were sung countless millennia ago by Lord Brahma, the first created being in the universe, just prior to the act of creation. The Brahma samhita begins with the enlightenment of Lord Brahma by Lord Sri Krishna Himself, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, followed by Brahma’s extraordinarily beautiful prayers in his moment of revelation, describing the kingdom of God – the spiritual world, this cosmic manifestation, and qualities of Lord Krishna, and His associates. This edition of Brahma Samhita is translated and commented by Srila Bhakitisiddhanta Saraswati Thakura, the guru of Srila Prabhupada, the founder of ISKCON.
